Product & Engineering Lead · London
Working at the intersection of strategy and delivery — product & engineering.
I lead product and engineering inside regulated fintech — nine years across the sector, serving thousands of internal users and partners. I started out as an engineer, moved through product, and now run two teams across the UK and US — writing specs engineers can build, making build-vs-buy decisions, and speaking fluently across product, design and ops.
Rapid prototyping with AI tooling — bringing engineering rigour and product instinct to the work, so the output is something you can actually build from, not just a demo.
Typical engagements:
Helping product and engineering teams make sharper technical and product decisions in complex environments — build-vs-buy, platform and integration strategy, tool and technology choices.
Typical engagements:
Talks on product, engineering, the future of tech, women in IT, and how to break into tech.
Previously
One-to-one with students, emerging product managers and engineers, and people considering a move into tech.

Owned product end-to-end for an interconnected platform serving thousands of internal users and external integrator partners. Led discovery, wrote PRDs and ran build-vs-buy evaluations — including the case to decommission a costly vendor system in favour of an in-house build.
Partnered with vendor teams on integrations, owned externally-facing features end-to-end, and modernised a legacy platform with Angular and NgRx.
